This Morning Harvest Salad combines sweet figs, juicy grapes, and creamy mozzarella, all tossed with crisp greens and crunchy nuts.


It’s a wholesome, nutrient-packed breakfast that will keep you energized throughout the morning.


Ingredients


  • 4 fresh figs, quartered

  • 1/2 cup grapes (red or green), halved

  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved

  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or baby kale)

  • 1/4 cup walnuts or almonds, toasted

  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)


Instructions


Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, figs, grapes, and mozzarella balls.


Step 2

Top with the toasted walnuts or almonds for added texture and healthy fats.


Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic glaze or vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


Step 4

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat the ingredients evenly.


Step 5

Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, and serve immediately for a light, nutritious breakfast.
